Rodenticide in the form of soft bait (paste sachets) with the active ingredient brodifacoum is, due to its composition and packaging, particularly suitable for the elimination of house mice and black and brown rats in residential areas and farm buildings. Its delayed action and broad spectrum of use are reasons why this bait is so popular among professional pest controllers. Its effectiveness is further enhanced by an added attractant that lures pests. It begins to act immediately after ingestion, but the animal dies later, thus not causing aversion to the bait among living pests. The special filter foil allows for easy and dosed handling of the bait, while simultaneously preventing moisture ingress and ensuring the bait's long-term effectiveness.
• Before use, remove any food that is easily accessible to rodents (e.g., spilled grain or food waste). Also, do not clean the infested area before deratization, as cleaning only disturbs the rodent population and makes it difficult to achieve bait acceptance. Bait stations should be placed in the immediate vicinity of areas where rodent activity has been observed (e.g., trails, nests, feeding sites, resting places, burrows, etc.).
• Do not open the bait sachets!
• Do not place bait stations near sewer systems where they may come into contact with water.
