BÖHLER Q E 7018 is a basic coated electrode designed for welding unalloyed steels. It excels in high strength, toughness, and elongation above 110%. It is intended for high-quality welds on steel structures, boilers, vessels, vehicles, ships, and machine parts. Also suitable as a buffer layer under hard-facing overlays on carbon steels or materials with higher carbon content and lower purity.
