The reversible grill plate is made of cast iron. The ribbed side is suitable for grilling meat, fish, sausages, and hot dogs. The smooth side is suitable for baking vegetables, side dishes, and other delicacies. The edge is raised and prevents grease from dripping onto the grill. The plate has 2 fixed handles for better handling. Use is very simple. Pour a little oil onto the plate as needed and place the food you want to cook on it. After preparation, let the plate cool down and wash it thoroughly. It can also be used on a gas stove or in the oven.
