Yeast for fermenting must and mash, using Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast from an ecological environment.
Instructions:
Dissolve 10 g of yeast in 1 dcl of must and water mixture (ratio 1/3 : 2/3) at a temperature of 35-40°C. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes with occasional stirring, then pour into the must or mash.
Dosage:
10 g of yeast is intended for 50 L of must or mash.
Properties:
- fermentation temperature 12 - 34°C
- effective up to 13.5% alcohol by volume.
