Yeast for fermenting must and mash, using the yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae from an ecological environment.

Instructions:

Dissolve 10 g of yeast in 1 dcl of a mixture of must and water (ratio 1/3: 2/3) at a temperature of 35 - 40°C. Allow the mixture to stand for 20 minutes with occasional stirring, then pour into the must or mash.

Dosage:

10 g of yeast is intended for 50 L of must or mash.

Properties:

- fermentation temperature 12 - 34°C
- effective up to 13.5 vol. % alcohol.
