PATTEX Heat-resistant sealant is a special silicone that, once cured, withstands temperatures from -65°C to +260°C (briefly up to +315°C). It resists ozone, UV radiation, ageing and weathering. Once cured, it remains permanently elastic. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Ideal for sealing joints exposed to high temperatures such as pipes, heating systems, engines, air conditioning units, furnaces and chimney structures. For sealing between metal parts, in pumps and engines. Provides high adhesion to a wide variety of materials such as metals, glass, non-oily woods, enamel, silicone resin, fibreglass, tiles, glazed ceramics, natural and synthetic fibres and many painted surfaces.
