The Strend Pro Premium rope has wide application possibilities in agriculture and forestry, as well as at home or in the garden. They are ideal, for example, as railings or supports for flowers. Twisted jute ropes and cords are very popular decorative elements both indoors and outdoors. Although this material does not excel in strength or resistance to environmental factors, it does not slip in the hand and is suitable for sports purposes, e.g., climbing. The length of the rope is 20 m, diameter is 10 mm, and load capacity is 622 kg.
The diameter of our ropes is measured according to the European standard EN 2307, which specifies the exact measurement procedure. However, it is important to know that the resulting rope diameter may have a certain tolerance. This deviation depends on the rope's construction (e.g., braid type, number of strands) and the material from which the rope is made. Ropes made from natural fibers such as jute or sisal deserve special attention. For these ropes, the diameter may vary between individual production batches because natural yarns have natural differences in thickness, elasticity, and absorbency. These deviations are not defects but a common characteristic of natural materials.
Approximate Rope Diameter Tolerance
Note: For natural ropes, the tolerance may be higher due to the influence of humidity, storage, and natural fiber variability.
When choosing a rope, we recommend considering this tolerance, especially if the rope diameter is crucial for its use (e.g., in combination with fittings, pulleys, or other technical elements).
