It is made of natural cordierite material, which absorbs moisture from raw dough, ensuring a perfectly crispy result after baking. Suitable for baking in electric, convection, and gas ovens, as well as in a grill. It can withstand temperatures up to 800 °C. The stone is equipped with a chrome-plated stand for easy handling, especially when hot. With frequent use, the stone will develop a patina / darker color, which will also improve its properties.
