The stone is designed for baking e.g. pizza, bread, cookies, rolls or other pastries. It is made from the natural material cordierite, which absorbs moisture from raw dough, resulting in a perfectly crispy bake. Suitable for baking in electric, convection and gas ovens as well as on a grill. Withstands temperatures up to 800 °C. The stone is equipped with a chrome-plated stand for easy handling, especially when hot. With frequent use, the stone will develop a patina / darker colour, which will also improve its properties.
