A construction hybrid sealant based on polymer, which exhibits the adhesion of polyurethane and the elasticity of silicone. It bonds all materials found both indoors and outdoors, even underwater. It seals all types of joints and connections, providing them with permanent flexibility. It repairs with an express effect: with instant bonding and hermetic sealing. Due to its elasticity, it withstands impacts, vibrations, and shocks. It is resistant to mold, aging, and UV radiation. Temperature resistance ranges from -40 to 90 °C.
