The metal grill basket is used for grilling meat on a grill or over a smaller open fire. To correctly place the meat, you need to release the lower handles on the wire frame and open the basket. Then place the meat intended for grilling inside and close the two sides together again. Do not forget to secure them, otherwise the meat may fall out during preparation and turning. Since the entire basket is placed over the hot part of the fire, it is important to follow safety precautions and protect yourself from burns by using gloves.
