TATRAPET Natural Aquarium Gravel 4–8 mm, 5 kg is a practical choice for creating a natural, functional aquarium bed. It is suitable for freshwater aquariums and provides a stable substrate for anchoring and growing aquarium plants.

The gravel has a natural appearance and a grain size of 4–8 mm, making it easy to arrange the bed to suit the needs of the aquarium. If required, it can be sieved to separate finer or coarser grains. The finer grains also make aquarium plants easier to plant.

When setting up the aquarium, a suitable fertiliser for aquarium plants can be added to the gravel as needed. The recommended minimum gravel depth is approximately 5 cm across the entire base. In planted aquariums, a thicker layer of up to approximately 10 cm can be used, depending on the plant species and aquarium layout.
