OK 61.30 electrodes with a diameter of 2.5 mm and a length of 300 mm are used for welding stainless steels of the 19Cr10Ni type and stabilised steels of similar composition. They have a rutile-acid coating; for this size the specified current is 50 to 90 A. They are not suitable where resistance of the weld metal to creep is required.
