The ESAB EPR-X1.1 PAPR unit connects seamlessly to all ESAB welding helmets prepared for air and provides advanced respiratory protection against harmful welding fume particles.

This PAPR is designed for applications ranging from occasional use to permanent industrial applications. The EPR-X1.1 offers a robust, compact housing with a powerful fan, ensuring maximum durability and performance. Battery status, fan setting and filter status can be checked at a glance using the easily accessible LED status indicators. The PAPR also provides audible and vibration alerts that warn the user of low airflow (indicating a filter replacement is needed) and low battery status.

The EPR-X1.1 turbo unit is controlled by easily accessible buttons that allow three airflow speed ranges of 170/190/210 l/min. The two-stage HEPA-quality filter with EN12941 TH-3P certification and the pre-filter are easily accessible through a removable front door.
