The multifunctional stripping tool combines the removal of the outer sheath of cables with the stripping of individual conductors. It is designed for solid and finely stranded conductors with PVC insulation with a cross-section from 0.5 to 6 square millimetres and for cables with an outer diameter of 4 to 28 mm. Automatic adjustment to the conductor cross-section is complemented by a stripping length scale from 8 to 20 mm. The depth of the sheath cut can be continuously adjusted with a screw. The tool may only be used on conductors and cables that are not live.
