The Mig 4002c, 5002c, and 6502c are heavy duty and robust switching power sources designed for heavy duty operation. Designed primarily for MIG / MAG and MMA processes, the choice of functional equipment is based on the Origo ™ MA23, Origo ™ MA24 and Aristo ™ MA6 control panels. The well-proven technology together with the software developed by ESAB ensures high reliability and excellent welding performance. The machine has a solid metal cabinet that withstands the harsh industrial environment. Large wheels, durable tailgate and chassis fitted with a lift truck ensure good machine mobility. Digital bus communication (CANbus) and the control system mean fewer connection cables, ultimately increasing operational reliability.

ESAB LogicPump

The patented ESAB LogicPump feature automatically starts the water cooling pump when a water-cooled torch is connected to the Origo ™ Feed 3004, Origo ™ Feed 4804 or Aristo ™ YardFeed 2000 wire feeders. This eliminates the risk of the welding torch overheating. When an air-cooled burner is used, the pump is automatically switched off, thus reducing noise and extending the life of the pump.

The power sources are optimized to work with the Origo Feed 3004, Origo Feed 4804 and Aristo ™ YardFeed 2000. The connecting cables up to 35 m in length provide a working radius to meet all your individual welding needs.

The TrueArcVoltage System ™, in combination with the ESAB PSF ™ torch, ensures that you always weld with the correct arc voltage, regardless of any voltage drop across the welding cables. It also means that you will always have the same welding current and welding results, whether you are welding with a short connection cable and a 3 m torch, or welding with a 35 m long connection cable.

Reliable and smooth starts and ends of welds enable the efficient functions of Hot Start and Crater Filling. Operator communicates efficiently with Origo ™ MA23, Origo ™ MA24 and Aristo ™ MA6 control panels. Extensive range of pre-programmed synergic links (MA24 and MA6). Memory for 3 (MA23 / 24) or 10 (MA6) welding parameter sets.
