The Aristo® Mig 4004i Pulse is a lightweight, electronically controlled inverter power source for MIG / MAG / MMA welding, designed for high-productivity, high-quality applications. The new compact design combined with inverter technology allowed the Aristo® 4004i Pulse to be fully transportable. Custom-made fan cooling systems extend the continuous welding time. The COOL 1 cooling unit cools the liquid-cooled burners, increasing the welder's comfort. The fans in the source and burner cooling system shut off automatically after 6.5 minutes of inactivity, so that the power consumption during idling is significantly reduced. These fourth generation inverters have significantly increased efficiency and have a power factor value greater than 0.95. This makes it possible to reduce energy consumption and significantly reduce energy costs under the same welding conditions.
QSet ™ - an intelligent welding system that simplifies welding
QSet ™ monitors the welding arc and optimizes welding parameters for short-circuit transmission. Just start welding and the arc setting is optimized in seconds. The wire feed rate is then adjusted to suit the application and QSet ™ handles the rest. The robust fully enclosed design protects the welding wire from moisture, dust and other contaminants in the air. The Aristo® Feed 3004 is available in two versions, with a U6 panel and U82 control. A 7.5 m connection cable is available to connect the U82, allowing a wider working circuit. The remote control connection is on the front of the feeder. The adapter kit for connecting PSF RS3 burners and MXH push-pull burners allows access to pre-programmed burner settings (PSF RS3) or control of wire feed speed from push-pull burners (MXH300 / 400w PP). The barfeeder enables the use of standard 200, 300 or 400 mm diameter reels plus MarathonPac ™.
LiveTig ™ Start works by electronically limiting the starting current to 12-15A. It is implemented in U6 and U82. Aristo® Mig 4004i Pulse in combination with U6 or U82 Allows the use of complete multi-process equipment for MMA (ROZ), TIG, MIG / MAG and pulsed MIG.
SuperPulse ™ (only in combination with U82) is the optimal MIG / MAG process for controlling thermal input or bridging various gaps. The equipment enables welding of both carbon and stainless steels by all processes and aluminum using MMA (ROZ), MIG / MAG and pulsed MIG.
