Robust and powerful
The Aristo ™ Mig 4000i and 5000i are the ideal partner where high performance is required when working with high-alloyed materials for welding performance. The machines are compact and durable. The construction is cast aluminum Alutech ™. It is a material that resists rough handling. Power sources are based on inverter IGBT technology, which ensures adequate performance and reliability of the machine with excellent welding characteristics. The CAN-bus communication and control system means fewer cables and thus greater operational reliability.
ESAB LogicPump. The patented ESAB LogicPump, ELP technology ensures automatic start of the water pump when a water-cooled burner is connected to the Aristo ™ Feed 3004 or Aristo ™ Feed 4804. The ELP eliminates the risk of the burner overheating. If an air-cooled burner is used, the water pump is automatically switched off, which reduces noise and extends pump life.
Aristo ™ Selector is the solution for applications where a quick and simple change between 2 - 4 wire types or diameters is required. Possibility to connect 2-4 Aristo ™ feeders with 1 Aristo ™ Mig source.

The machines are adapted to work with the Aristo ™ Feed 3004 and Aristo ™ Feed 4804. Interconnecting cables up to a length of 35 m ensure the freedom of your welding needs. The TrueArcVoltage System ™, in combination with ESAB PSF ™ torches, ensures the correct arc voltage independent of the length of the welding cables (jumper cable, welding torch) when welding, and the Aristo ™ Mig 4000i and 5000i mains voltage fluctuations allow welding using the following processes: pulse MIG, MMA and carbon electrode gouging. Changing the welding process depends on the control panel used.
