Robust and powerful
Origo ™ Mig 3001i is the ideal partner for workshop production, assembly or all types of welding for repair and maintenance. Welding machines are compact and durable devices with a frame made of galvanized steel, which ensures a longer service life in extreme environments even during rough handling. These machines use IGBT inverter technology, which gives them reliability and excellent welding characteristics. Communication and control via the CANbus system means fewer cable connections and consequently increased operational reliability. ESAB LogicPump. The patented ESAB LogicPump, ELP feature automatically turns on the cooling pump when a water-cooled burner is connected to the Origo Feed 3004 / 4804w, Aristo ™ Feed 3004 / 4804w or YardFeed 2000w. This eliminates the risk of the welding torch overheating. When the air-cooled burner is connected, the pump is switched off to reduce the noise level, reduce power consumption and extend the pump life.

Welding machines are optimized to work with Origo ™ Feed 3004/4804, Aristo ™ Feed 3004/4804 or YardFeed 2000. The connecting cables up to 50 m allow a working range of 54.5 m to suit all needs. The TrueArcVoltage System ™, in combination with the ESAB PSF ™ torch, ensures that the arc is welded at the correct arc voltage regardless of any voltage drop across the welding cables. The same welding voltage is ensured and the welding result or welding with a short connection cable of 1.7 m 3 m burner or 35 m working range. Origo ™ Mig 3001i enables the following welding processes: MIG / MAG, pulsed MIG, ROZ and carbon electrode gouging. The selection of processes depends on the selection of the different control panels. Origo ™ A24 - enhanced Feature The Origo ™ Mig 4001i A24 can work with or with the standard Feed 3004/4804 or the ArcFeed powered MobileFeed. Dual MMC software allows two MMC panels to run in parallel on the system bus. The A24 supports MobileFeed and the Feeder Panel (MA23 / 24 or U6) supports standard feeders.

The source allows welding MIG / MAG with Feed Feed 3004/4804 or MobileFeed. Dual MMC software allows two panels to be controlled simultaneously on CAN bus lines. Origo A24 communicates with the MobileFeed and the MA23 / 24 or U6 panels communicate with a standard source.
